Sew Fit Apparel was created from a love of movement, creativity, and confidence — and from a place I never expected to return to.

I’m Lauren, the maker behind Sew Fit. I’ve been sewing for over 12 years (a skill my husband first taught me), and for a long time, sewing was my full creative world. After closing my previous shop, I truly didn’t think I would open another one. Life shifted, priorities changed, and I stepped away.

But movement brought me back.

As I entered my 40’s, I realized just how important it is to move my body and stay healthy. As a Jazzercise lover, mom of four, and someone who values comfort just as much as confidence, I found myself craving activewear that actually moved with real bodies — without sacrificing personality or fit. So I returned to my sewing machine with a new purpose✨

Every piece at Sew Fit is handmade by me, in small batches, with intention. I choose fabrics carefully, design pieces for real movement, and create styles that feel good on your body — whether you’re working out, running errands, or simply living your life!

This isn’t fast fashion. It’s slow, thoughtful, and sew personal. Quantities are limited, each piece is unique, and every stitch reflects care.
